Good Fences Thursday

Hi all,
Sorry that my blog has been kinda sparse...I've been out of the blogosphere for awhile because of a bit of upheaval in our lives.  A good friend recently passed away, and we were at the hospital with him, his wife and family over the last few of weeks trying to lend a supportive shoulder until his death last Tuesday.  Then on Wednesday I had a small medical procedure that kept me groggy for awhile, and then on Saturday, we left town to travel back to Ohio.  I feel like I've been on a fast-moving merry go round.  But at last, I have time to sit and catch up a little.

I was hoping to share some fence pictures I would take along the drive through Pennsylvania, but it rained all the way through, and I just couldn't catch a fence when the rains were not falling.  So, I'm going to have to search my archives.  Hope I'm not repeating myself.   Please forgive me if you've seen these.....these are from a trip we took to DC in the Springtime 3 years ago.  (Dag!!! no chance to even clean them up with photo editing...you're getting the real deal here)

Near the Convention Center (sorry that its sideways)

near the Capital bldg

part of the Smithsonian

 Until next time......

  5. Thanks, Everyone. I'm so glad you stopped by and commented even though my photos weren't in the best of shape. Things are settling down a bit now, and the rest of the year looks sweet. Right now, we're looking forward to next week when we get to spend a few days with our beautiful Katie who is coming home from an extended duty in Florida. Hope ya'll are enjoying the beautiful Autumn scenes and weather. Hugs...Karen
