Good Fences 8/7

Today is a little Good Fences (at The Run A Round Ranch Report) and a little Throw Back Thursday.  I thought I'd share an old photo of my mother-in-law and father-in-law  taken in Cleveland, Ohio.  It was taken in 1938 in honor of their engagement.  They were so cute.

Below is a fence near St. Louis, Missouri.  It is a picture of my daughter and her husband, but I cropped them out to keep their privacy. This one was taken with an SLR. I lightened the scene a bit with software while I was cropping the photo so the wood details were more visible.

Below is a shot of a stretch of highway (and its fencing) in Southern Ohio, near Chillicothe.  It was taken last Autumn with my cell phone and through the windshield.  I thought the colors of the hills contrasted with the cloudy sky were striking.  We were pulling a trailer at the time, so we couldn't pull over to get a better shot.

Below is a neighbor's fence.  I was trying to capture some wildlife in the background, but lost my depth of field.  I think it turned out pretty interesting anyway with the twisty Myrtle tree trunk.  Again, I took this shot with my cell phone while on my daily walk.

That's it for this week.  See you all next week.  Until next time........
